I want to dissable loading Chat.exe when starting the Agent application in CRS 3.02.
Is it possible?

You can stop the Chat server . Its independent of the LDAP server and the Enterprise Data server so can be stopped w/ out affecting the others. I think you should do it in Services in Control Panel for Win2k.

To stop the Chat Server service was not a good way. After this it´s not possible to logg in as supervisor.
Is there some better way to prevent loading "Call Chat" when starting the agent?

You cannot disable the chat window but can configure the "call chat" window to operate in "stealth" mode. This will save some desktop space since the call chat window will not pop up to the front.These behaviors can be configured with the Desktop Administrator.
