Sites are connected via T1.<br>In site B there is an Email Exchange and Unity Box off of BDC in site A.(Unified Messaging)<br>Users are logged on to the network. When a V-message is dropped in the mailbox does Unity require authentication with BDC to turn the light on or off or pop the message in outlook. Unity should only need to authenticate once the MAPI session is built which is at startup. So this configuration shouldn't be an issue. If the link is down and you reboot Unity the services are going to fail with a logon error. This really isn't the best design as I am sure you are aware.
