i have installed this product on our server. i cant get the client software to connect to the phone i have looked at the debug s and there point to bad username password. but i am using the global directory password to login and i know this is correct username and password. i have deleted all pilot points and and all things related to the old web addentdant stuiff. i am stuck here the debug cheers
