CIPC Web Server Issues

Hi all,

I am attempting to get a screenshot from my Cisco IP Communicator but fail to obtain that. Here is what I do and what I get:

1. Launch Internet Explorer

2. Type http://<IP address of a PC where CIPC is running>/ into the address field of IE and press the Enter key

3. Getting the device info (see the attached file CIPC1.jpg)

4. Click on the Network Configuration link

5. Getting the network configuration info (see the attached file CIPC2.jpg)

6. Type http://<IP address of a PC where CIPC is running>/CGI/Screenshot into the address field of IE and press the Enter key

7. Getting the error (see the attached file CIPC_err1.jpg)

8. Type http://<IP address of a PC where CIPC is running>/ into the address field of IE and press the Enter key

9. Getting the error (see the attached file CIPC_err2.jpg), i.e. I cannot get the device info one more time (to obtain this it is required to reload CIPC)

Why cannot I get a screenshot from CIPC? What is wrong?

Version of CIPC: 7.0.3.3

Version of CUCM: 7.0
