In certain circumstances users are enabling CFNA to another DN despite being a member within a Huntgroup.
Inevitably the TCD will follow the callforward path on the phone, depsite the Pilot Point being set to longest idle member. Consequently, all subsequent calls to this pilot point will be forward everytime to the specified DN when routed to this member with CFNA set.
In order to workaround this scenario, I have implemented circular huntgroup by specifying the specific pilot point names within the ACServer.properties file.
This appears to work, as the next call is routed to the next huntgroup memeber. Unfortunately, with circular huntgroups, the call is forwarded to the next member even when the member is busy.
Has anyone else come across this? and were you able to avoid calls be routed to a busy phone when using circular huntgroups ?
