cisc 3825 router not showing in ccm 4.0 webpage

Hi,

I am using CCM 4.0(1). When i go to configure my cisco 3825 router connected with E1 on that with CCM for registration I couldn't find that router on that.

Any idea because the website says that it supports.

Do I need to install any SR for getting this or something.

I believe you'll need to upgrade your CCM to 4.1(3)

4.1(3) is the latest and greatest. But support for ISRs started in 4.02a service releases. So you should be fine with upgrading to 4.02a and then apply SR2c (the latest service release)
