cisco 1750 VOIP problem

I have configured a Cisco 1750 router with a 2 port FXS VIC. This router is connected to a Cisco 2621 router with FXO VIC installed. The problem is when i have an active call in the 1750 router and the other phone connected to the 2nd FXS port will be off hook, the router will reset.

Can somebody help me on this?

That sounds more like an IOS problem than a configuration issue. I'd suggest connecting a console and starting a capture session, then do what you do to make the router reset. When it finishes booting, become enabled and run a SHOW TECH. The TAC would probably be able to get you an answer real quick, once they had that kind of detailed information.
