Cisco 2.46 and 3.1 Domain Issues

Current setup:<br>Two Cisco CM's and a Cisco Unity VM server in a site (CT1)<br>Two Cisco CM's and a Cisco VM in one site. (CT2)<br><br>The Unity VM server in (CT1) is a DC in its own Domain running Unity 2.46.<br><br>All other units are not in a domain. <br>Situation:<br>We want to install servers for another site (Germany), adding two CM's and a Unity VM 3.1 running exhange 2000. <br>Can we put the Unity VM in the same domain as the VM unit in (CT1) that runs Unity 2.46?<br><br>Will exhange 5.5 and 2000 need to interact? As long as we define different OU's in the active directory for voice mail subscribers in each site, are there other issues with using the same domain?<br><br>By the way, we use Lotus Notes...does anybody know if Cisco will support it anytime soon?<br><br>

Yes you can add the new Germany server to the existing CT1 domain. Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2000 will not need to communicate with each other. Different OUs are not needed but you can add them if you want for administrative reasons.

Yes we are working on Lotus.
