Hi,
Cisco 3600 router is it can support Cisco Unified Communication Manager ?
I have the module which is Voice 2V, Is it can use it ?

no, CUCM is to be installed only on MCS servers, not routers
on a router you can install CUCME

Anyway what is the function for Voice 2V, which i have together with the 3600 router ?
if i download the cucme, then is it any extra module i need on it ?

Hi Gilbert,
The voice 2V module is for plugging a telephone line into the router.
For CUCME, it is only software, and you do not need additional hardware - other than IP phones.
You should be aware that the 3600 is End of Life, so it doesn't have TAC support anymore as well.

Hi,
If i wanna use the Cisco 3600 as the cisco unified communication manager is it i need to add in additional card, from the documentation i saw that we need the voice nm card.
Is it correct?
