Hello<br><br>We are testing Call manager 3.06 on a Cisco 3640 IOS12(5)T on Unity 2.45.66 when we are calling in we are note able to her the user defined prompts but we sometimes her the unity standard prompts. Key input works fine. We are using AVTSPCisco 24. When we are doing the same thru a 2600 router everything works fine.<br>Is it something with the Codec?<br><br>Regards<br><br>Ketil Johansen<br><br><br><br><br>

Are you using G.729 on the Unity system? Did you upgrade a system using the AVTSPCisco 21?

I unless you changed the default codec, the user defined prompts and the unity standard prompts will be in the same codec.

It could have something to do with the volume of the user recorded greetings. How do the prompts sound through the multimedia speakers? Are they quieter then the predefined prompts?
