Guys - Has anyone experienced problems when deploying Westell convertors in an IPT environment. We have a fault on the Q931 - DPNSS Convertors. DPNSS originate on a Nortel DMS. We then convert via a Westell box terminating in a Cisco 3825 running native IOS. We are noting that the DPNSS CCT's periodically are showing Remote Man Busy on channels. The only way this can be cleared is by resetting Westells. Anyone got any fixes on this.
I've deployed Westell convertors in an IPT environment but did not come across any problem like the one you mentioned. Maybe you need to check the hardware on the convertors to ensure that they are not malfunctioning.
