Cisco 831/Cable/ATA186 quality of service setup question

Hi,

my customer has a cisco 831 using road runner cable based broadband. He uses freeworlddialup external VOIP provider using an ata186 device. There is only one VOIP device in his small network. This is a SIP based service.

I would like to give him guidance on how to set up QoS parameters on his 831 to maximize performance of his inbound and outbound calls. Can anyone provide some pointers for me?

You could use the modular QoS CLI to configure the QoS on 831.
