Cisco ACD vs. Avaya

We are looking at a complete Cisco solution. We have a very complex ACD and vectoring setup, and we are concerned if the ACD solution from Cisco will be robust enough to handle the load.

We are curently running an Avaya G3R with Call Manger

Consisting of 3 call centers with up to 300 per group.

Just looking for some feedback.

I’d suggest having Cisco rep set up an onsite site visit. Going end-to-end will obviously help you from a support standpoint and future scalability too.
