I realize a configuration of ICM and I wish to install a Cisco Agnet Desktop CAD 4.1 ou CAD 4.2.

- How can I download this software if this is possible?

You can download CAD from the Software center. You need valid cisco agreement for downloading the software

Go to the section Contact center software and check for Cisco Intelligent Contact Manager Hotfix Releases
