The problem is that you are running the CDR Insert service on the subscriber as well as the publisher. The pub inserts the CDR records into the SQL database, and the default path for CDR records (cluster wide) is a UNC path on the Publisher. To correct this problem, switch off/deactivate the CDR Insert Service on the subscriber. Go to the CCM Control Center on the sub and stop the service, and then deavtivate it in Call Manager Service Activation.
