Hi
You can use any device that supports a standard such as H323, although you probably won't get all the features you would with a Cisco phone...
You can't use a lot of phones designed for other systems as they may use non-standard proprietary protocols (Cisco use sccp, mitel for example use their own proprietary one called MiNet or something).

Hi,
why I putted down this question is
price of Cisco IP phones..its very high.
And because on market over there are a lot of IP phones which support for instance H.323 I thinking
about purchase H.323 phones.
Did you test any H.323 phones with CCM?
Could you recommend me some producer of IP phones
working with CCM?
Could you explain me which functions a lose with H.323 phones from phones supporting SCCP?
