I am currently evaluating Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Gatekeeper 3662 + CVM + CWRW for a client. I have some experience with CCM but not much with Gatekeeper. Would anyone tell me what you think the pros and cons of each? and the future direction of VoIP?
For the background, our client is looking to build a complete Cisco based network.
Personally, I would like to use CCM since I feel it is where the technology is approaching. However, I don't know if CCM is a "replacement" for gatekeeper solution.
