I think that is a good book, but some of the material might be outdated.

I got and use as a reference "Cisco IP Telephony: Planning, Design, Implementation, Operation and Optimization" This books covers lot of implementation configurations using various scenarios as examples. It covers different design, configuration of dial-plan, route list, gateways, media group, and Unity.
