Cisco CallManager Bootcamp

We (Cisco Advanced Services) are considering updating our popular "Cisco CallManager MCS" bootcamp. (See http://www.cisco.com/go/ndm)

Quick Question: If you were to attend this class, what would you want to see in the next version? Please provide equipment, technologies, and so on.

BTW, we are considering breaking it into 2 classes, one for installation/integration and a second for day 2 operations/management. What are your thoughts?

I like the idea of break the class up. Here are the topics I would like to see.

Topics:

1) Local MOH - In a centralized CallManager setup. It is better if the local voice enabled router provides MOH instead of sending the MOH stream over the WAN.

2) Configuring H.323 and MGCP gateways. Why you would use one versus the other.

3) Upgrade from CCM 3.1 or 3.2 to 3.3.3

4) Install and config plugins - CDR Analysis and Reporting (CAR), Bulk Administration Tool (BAT), and TAPS.

5) Installing and configuring - ATA 186 or 188, CallManager Express, and Unity Express,

6) Media Resources - DSP and Hardware Conference Bridges.

7) Preview of CCM 4.x and CCM on Linux.
