Cisco CallManager CAR problem

Hi,

We have problems in implementing CAR in our Cisco CallManager, please see the attached CAR_Install_Log file. The application gives also a Windows error message: "Could not create indexes".

Would somebody please help us in solving this problem.

Create the CDR database manually by following the steps below:

Go to Start --> Microsoft SQL --> sql query analyser

Click on file -- open --- goto c:\program files\cisco\bin\ ---- select CDR --- click open and execute the sql query

Then try to install CAR again.
