Call manager 3.3 supports Q.sig on the 6608-E1 blades.
Call manager 3.3 supports a number of different signalling types with the 6608 blade and it will only do MGCP Q.SIG with this blade, and not with the ios based gateways.
If you want Q.sig but don't have the 6608 blade then run Q.sig on an IOS router and use H.323 instead. You will not loose any features as there aren't any to start with. (OK, OK, CPN and CLI and basic stuff are there but not REAL features).
