CISCO-CCM-MIB SNMP Variables

Does anyone know what the ccmPhoneTimeLastRegistered (.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.2.1.1.8) value realy is? We are trying to make some sense out of this number but can't find any documentation on it. We would like to use this number to calculate the uptime of a given ip phone.

Also where would one find the actual CISCO-CCM-MIB?

I was unable to find the mibs available for download at http://www.cisco.com/public/sw-center/netmgmt/cmtk/mibs.shtml so they may have shipped with your software or are available through your Sales channels.
