Cisco CDR Insert error

I'm getting the following error every 10 minutes. I believe that the service should be turned off on the subscriber. Is that true? Will it have any impact on other services? And should I set the startup type to manual or disable it? This is a pub and sub cluster, running 3.3.3.

Re: Cisco CDR Insert error

If the error message (not included in your post!) is something like "not CDR Primary" then the CDR Insert Service is running on the subscriber and needs to be disabled. On the subscriber, stop the CDR insert service under serviceability, and go to Call Manager Service Activation and Deactivate the service. This should stop the problems.
