I am not sure if this is the right forum but has anybody had any experience with the new "Cisco Conference Connection"? No the conferencing built into CallManager but the new product at http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/pcat/confcon.htm I am trying to get any information on call quality with 20+ participants, stabilty, etc. Thanks in advance!
We've been using the product since last June and we've saved a considerable amount of money over third-party conference solutions. We have had a few voice-quality issues that were fixed by gateway firmware updates but otherwise we're quite happy with it. The application has proven very stable for us at version 1.1(3). We do wish we had a way to mute a participant while in the conference (something we had with our old solution). Good luck to you.
