Scenario: CCM 3.22c with patch F, Cisco conference server 1.13

The participants miss the very beginning words no matter whoever speaks.

For example, if I say "let's start with this topic", participants probably only hear"start with this topic". Has anyone experienced this before?

Sounds like VAD is enabled on your CCM server and or gateways
