Hello,
In IPCC Cisco desktop administration allows to display the ANI ,DNIS to the agent .Does any one know from where does Cisco desktop administration pulls this information?

You can set up this information, and new variables, from Cisco Desktop Administrator.
You can see ANI and DNIS and create new values from 'Enterprise Data Configuration'. To access this variables from Cisco Agent Desktop you have to set them up in 'Desktop Configuration' -> Work Flow Groups' -> Agents -> (for example) default, press the 'User Interface Button' and select the values in the 'Show Data Fields' tab.
