Cisco Desktop Agent - Auto Pop UP

When our agents are in a ready state and a new call is recieved, the Cisco Agent Desktop will pop up causing other progams to move to the background.

Is there a way to keep the agent from "popping" up?

Not sure what version you're using, but in ICD/IPCC Express I went into the Desktop Administrator, Desktop Configuration, Workflow Groups, Pick your agent group, User Interface, Miscellaneous, and set the Agent Windows Behavior to stealth, the agents will need to close CAD and reopen to see the effect. Hope that works.
