Cisco -DX 650 issue Urgent help required..

Hi Team,

We have multiple Cisco DX650 at our client location.

I have Checked the Parameter in CUCM device page that says allow application from android market.

Even allow application from unknown source is enabled

Tried resetting,rebooting etc no go

Play store icon is visible on few phones but not on all. Is it any kind of a bug? which is causing it? or shall we need to upgrade.

We are on CUCM 9.1.2

 

Please help this is really an urgent matter as al this phones are used by VIP users.

The issue is I wanted to download few app from google play on Cisco DX 650 example office suite whic helps to open an attachment like word pdf etc on the phone.In order to do that we require a google play store app on the phone which I am able to see on few phones and on few phones it is missing.

I have checked the CUCM config for all the phone and I can see allow application from android market is enabled.

still I am not able to see the play store Icon
