Tell me if this is a problem or a known bug or that it will continue to work.
From looking at the documentation, CER must talk to the Call Manager Publisher to get all of its information, specifically looking at the LDAP directory. What will happen if Publisher goes off line for whatever reason, server failure, upgrade procedure... Will CER continue to work and home to one of the subscribers, or does it work for the information it has cached in its memory or what?
I would like to know before we see this in the field.
