Cisco IP Communicator 2.0.2 with CCM 4.0.2a SR2 Connecting via Cisco VPN
I am having the weird issue with IP Communicator 2.0.2 and CCM 4.0.2a connecting via Cisco VPN. Please me let know if anyone has seen this issue and how to fix it.
Symptoms: When IPC calls a Cisco IP phone extension the call connects and work fine.
but when a Cisco IP phone calls an IPC extension, the IPC displays the extension of the Cisco IP phone but not the name, it said from Unknown Caller and the call never connect. When I click answer on the IPC, the Cisco IP phone displays the call is connected but IPC shown the call still ringing and never connect.
