Cisco IP ICD Agent Desktop has problem with login.

I am receiving the following error when I try to login in to the Cisco IP ICD Agent Desktop. "Unable to login agent due to problems in JTAPI or CM." Has anyone experience this problem?

Hi,

Check for both of the following misconfigurations:

1.The agent's phone is not associated with the RM JTAPI user in Cisco CallManager

2.The JTAPI User, RM JTAPI User, and all associated devices are not on the same Cisco CallManager
