Dear ALL
I Need to configure the call pickup enable in my environment, but i am not able to do so, i tried all the possible option,
i am using 7940 cisco IP Phone

Please give a little bit more info, what version of callmanager, what have you done so far, what is happening when you try to pickup a call.
Have you gone through this doc:
make sure the CSS/Partition configuration is OK.
