Cisco IP Phone 7960 and DHCP

We are thinking about disabling DHCP services on CCM and use some other Windows NT Server as a DHCP. In our current settings, 7960 IP telephones connect to CCM to get the IP. What kind of changes on IP phones, if any, will we have to make to achieve this?

You shouldn't need to make any changes on the IP phones, unless you want static IP addressing.

When the phone boots it looks for the first DHCP server to respond, and gets its IP address for that.

Just remember to configure the DHCP server for option 150 TFTP server.
