When accessing the ciscopca I only have the option to go to the Active Assistant features. I don't see the inbox.
When I go into the SA/ Subscribers/Class of Service/Licensed features, I can see a checkbox for Active assistant but not for the Inbox, even though I have 20 licences for Cisco Unity inbox subscribers.
