Cisco Personal Communications Assistant (PCA) -> How to login?

I know it is a simple question: But how to login on unity user interface (PCA)? Do I need name, extension, alias or what? And where I can see on unity which domain my unity has? - Or may be, a user on unity has not automaticly an account to connect to this PCA? How it is generally?
