Cisco Phone Productivity Svcs.

Has anyone been able to get this to work? We can get ViewMail to work, but CalendarView and Contact Syncronization does not. We receive error "cannot contact exchange server. contact administrator" when invoking either of these features

Make sure to setup Exchange correctly and that you can get to the exchange server.

Try to reinstall Cisco PPS but before you do that add the hostname of your exchange server, unity voice mail and call manager to your DNS or if you dont have DNS try to add the hostname to the host file of the IIS server that host the services.
