I upgraded CM from 3.14b to 3.3(3) with SP 1 and found out that Cisco Productiviy service did not work. Everytime I select the service the phone displayed the html code only. Do I need to change the URL setting? Do I need to stop and start a particular service?

After upgrade try to uninstall only the IP Phone Productivity service and then install it back. THen Stop and start the IP Phone Productivity service on the CCM.

Could you elaborate this process because from my knowledge there is no service on CCM for IP phone productivity service.
