We are using this product to monitor a H323 Gateway. My question is, can we monitor the amount of channels that are being used on a specific pri?
In Real Time Monitor Application or windows performance monitor you can see ActiveCalls, and CallsInProgress for sepcific H323 GW, it can be found under H323 performace counters.
Right, but we have multiple venders supplying us PRI service. So i wanted to see if I could monitor a specific pri.
Not from the CCM side, on the GW itself you can run "sh voice port summary" or "sh voice call summary" to see which channels are being used real time.
