Cisco Security Agent (standalone) for Call Manager

We have CCM 3.3 with 300-2-5-sr6, and we just applied CSA 4.0.1.539-1.1.3 standalone.

We found that the event log is now saturated with two repeating messages from Cisco Desktop Enterprise Server, I'm guessing this is becuase CSA can't talk to the Management Centre for CSA, as there isn't one.

The two messages are

1

-----

Event Type: Error

Event Source: Cisco Desktop Enterprise Server

Event Category: None

Event ID: 5

Date: 27/01/2004

Time: 03:35:57

User: N/A

Computer: CMLABSERVER1

Description:

SS1002 Failed to setup monitor. Exiting

2

-----

Event Type: Error

Event Source: Cisco Desktop Enterprise Server

Event Category: None

Event ID: 5

Date: 27/01/2004

Time: 03:35:47

User: N/A

Description:

SS1004 Failed to setup monitor. Retry

Anybody know how to suppress these messages or resolve the underlying problem?

Thanks

Jonathan

Re: Cisco Security Agent (standalone) for Call Manager

This error is caused by CRS (ICD?) you got installed on the server. It might be generated for a couple of reasons. Did you change the server's ip address recently? Did you add a NIC card ?
