Cisco Softphone v1.1

I heard background noise when calling cisco IP phone using cisco softphone or vice-versa.

Background noise, or white noise? If white noise, it sounds like you may be using VAD (SilenceSuppression) between the 2 devices. Try disabling that in CallManager service parameters.

Also, were you using a headset plugged into the PC sound card, or using a "regular" microphone and speakers? These don't really handle noise or echo cancellation well at all and you would be well advised to use a headset.
