Hi
I'm installing cisco softphone 1.3 in callmanager 3.2.3, with some phones I get one way audio, i repeated the procedure on installing the softphone but i still get the same one way audio
what else can i do ?

Check the Network Audio Settings under Softphone
Settings|Audio Tab|Network Audio Settings.
Verify the correct IP address.
Using a VPN connection?

I reviewed the configuration and everything is OK,
I'm using VLANs, I still can't fix the problem,

99.9% of the time, one-way audio is a routing issue. Try a couple things:
On the PC, ping the CCM, see if you get a response.
On the CCM, ping the PC, see if you get a response.
If either of those fail, it's a routing issue. Try doing some traceroutes from/to the same src/dest. In the traceroute, you may be able to see where the routing fails.
If both are successful, then there could be something else.
