Outlook 2002 and Cisco TSP 3.2 I have this config. it works fine for a couple of months and then it stops working. The lines are not showing up in the TSP config., only h323 and ipconf line. I have tried re-installing, changing to the h323 line and back, etc. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I actually got it working. I shut the affected computers down completely, re-initialzed the phone and then rebooted the computer. They now all show the lines and work correctly.
