I am running CCM4.1.3 and have installed the Cisco TSP on the CCM and XP station running MS Outlook 2003.
I have configured the TSP on the XP with username password and CTI Manager address.
In Outlook phone dial, I can select my phone line, but cannot check line properties. Also I cannot dial using phone dial from outlook. I get the error "The specified number either contain characters that are not valid or is not formated correctly"
My dialed number is correct, it has the access code before it.
On the screen where you make a new call, click Dialing Options -> Dialing Properties -> Edit. Under Dialing Rules, enter your access code for local and long distance calls. Remove the access code from your contacts entries and make sure there are no commas, etc in the number.
