Cisco Unified Business Attendant Console & Presence issue. (Screen Shot Attached)

Hi everyone,

I am having an issue with our Attendant Console Version: System Version: 8.6.1.9                                           Administration Version: 8.6.1.158.

The problem is that the system was working fine up until a few days ago and then our Attendant started noticing that the presence statuses were not showing up correctly.  Mane of these folks are online but the status is showing a question mark.

So, I do not know what caused the issue but a reboot of the Attendant Console server fixed the issue.  If it happens again I'll update this post.
