The service did not return an error. This could be an internal windows error or an internal service error.

If your problem persists, contact you system administrator.

That's a generic error that will show up in the system log that's actually written by Windows. I'd suspect that there would be errors/warnings in the application log around the same this occurred. If there are, can you post them? If there aren't errors, does Unity start?

Thanks you for your response. I had to run my permisions wizard again. That seemed to do the trick
