Hi all,
I am testing Cisco Unity Connection 7.0 with SIP integeration with CUCM. So, I can call to huntpilot and one message :''...dial extension anytime...' I press 2000 which is user in Unity Connection. Then, another message plays " ...user 2000 is not available.."'. I also test with some users, the issue are same.
If I call to huntpilot with SCCP integration, everything is ok.
Any help?

Could you verify the Calling search space under the Inbound calls section and make sure the CSS has access to the extension you are trying to reach?

Hi Thomas,
I checked the CSS for Inbound call. It is correct but still not be transfered. So, When I set "Rerouting Calling Search Space" properly, the transfer is ok.
Anybody explain to me when the message plays " ...user 2000 is not available.."' is played?
