Cisco Unity Express - Voicemail Boxes Showing Full Usage and it is only 50% utilised.

Hi,

CUE Admin Licencesses shows the the VMIVR-VM-MBX Permanent Feature is Fully Used (Active, In use are same).  In fact there are more than 50% less than actually "In Use" - when adding Mailbox to Phones and Features in Cisco Configuration Professional I get the following error:-

   Number of Configured Mailboxes on CUE 28 has reached the limit of maximum number of Configurable Mailboxes 20.

There are 20 Licences and currently 9 Active Users on this particular System - it was fully utilised and we removed most users Voicemail.

Is there a way to sync the actual number of Active Users or a flush option?

I would start using CUE GUI or CLI.

Other than that you can re-use the 20 mailboxes as you want.
