Cisco Unity MWI light stays on but there are no messages

Hi All,

 

I'm running Cisco Unity Connection Administration 7.1.5 and we're having a problem with MWI. On our Cisco phones (7942) the MWI light stays on along with the flashing envelope on the screen. I've tried the following things in attempts to resolve the problem:

 

1. Restart the phone

2. Individually went into user profile and reset the MWI

3. Ran a resync for MWI

4. Bounced Unity

 

Is there anything else that I can do to resolve this problem?

Hello Sasha,

 

What kind of integration is this, SCCP or SIP?

Are all mailboxes affected?

Does the MWI lamp go off when a message comes in? Can you listen to that message?
