Cisco Unity MWI light stays on but there are no messages
I'm running Cisco Unity Connection Administration 7.1.5 and we're having a problem with MWI. On our Cisco phones (7942) the MWI light stays on along with the flashing envelope on the screen. I've tried the following things in attempts to resolve the problem:
1. Restart the phone
2. Individually went into user profile and reset the MWI
3. Ran a resync for MWI
4. Bounced Unity
Is there anything else that I can do to resolve this problem?
