I would check out KnowledgeNet (www.knowledgenet.com) an organization that provides Cisco and Microsoft certified training. They have an online Cisco Unity Systems Engineer class that combines graphic presentations with the instructors (all interactive)! The courses are dispersed over several weeks, for 2 3-hour training sessions per week. Tip - get the Mentor program, which provides mentor assistance during the course and for several weeks afterwards. I took the Unity exam two weeks after the training and passed just fine! Again - the instructors I've had at KnowledgeNet for Unity and CIPT have been excellent!
