Hi,

What is the difference between Cisco Unity Subscriber and Exchnage mail box users.

If i create a user in Active Directory with mail box.

do i have to create a subscriber account for this user in unity.

I have 16 voice ports, and 50 users,

How the unity will work for this 50 users.

Every Unity subscriber is bound to an Exchange mailbox. The mailboxes is used to store the subscribers voicemail.

Depending on how you configured Unity and assigned permissions you can either created the Unity subscriber and the corresponding Exchange mailbox at once from the SAWeb -or- you can create the account/mailbox in AD/Exchange first and then import it to Unity.
